By purchasing products from Hell Fire Armory, the customer acknowledges that they are aware of the inherent dangers and risks associated with firearms and related products, and they assume all responsibility and liability for any damages, injuries, or harm that may result from the use, misuse, or inability to use any product purchased from Hell Fire Armory. The customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold Hell Fire Armory, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased from Hell Fire Armory, including but not limited to death or injury resulting from misuse. The customer further acknowledges that they have read and understood all instructions, warnings, and precautions provided with the product and will follow them accordingly.

The customer also acknowledges that they are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the products they order from Hell Fire Armory. Hell Fire Armory assumes no liability for any order that is placed in violation of any applicable law or regulation. If the customer is unsure about the legality of a product or the ability to ship it to their state or location, they should consult with their local authorities before placing an order.

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Legal Liability Release and expressly waives any and all claims, actions, causes of action, or demands that may arise against Hell Fire Armory, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates as a result of their purchase, ownership, or use of any product purchased from Hell Fire Armory. The customer agrees that this waiver and release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law, and if any portion of this release is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. This Legal Liability Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
